Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. Bulk sending on WhatsApp runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, not the consumer app. DripRaven walks you through a one-time signup to connect your own WhatsApp Business account, then sends on your behalf through the official API.
Is sending bulk WhatsApp allowed by WhatsApp?
Yes, when you message contacts who have opted in and you use approved message templates. DripRaven uses the official WhatsApp Business API and honors opt-outs, so your broadcasts stay within WhatsApp rules. You are responsible for having consent to message your contacts.
